When you make an offer on a house, the seller will want to see a copy of your pre-qualification letter from your lender. SECOND: You need to decide what you kind of a house you are looking for. How many bedrooms, how many baths, and how much square footage. You need to decide which subdivisions you are most interested in. You need to sat down with a sheet of paper and pencil and make a list of your needs and wants. THIRD: You need to find a good Realtor to represent you and help you with your search. There are many reasons it is smart to look at properties with a Realtor. A: It is a FREE service to buyers. The sellers pay all the real estate commission. FOURTH: You need to start looking.
